Today more and more vacation homeowners, real estate investors and second home owners require professional assistance to watch over their home and to preserve its value while they are traveling or residing in another state or country. Home Watch is a company that specializes in house sitting and home watch evaluations for monitoring the interior and exterior of your home on a regular basis during your absence. 

Home Watch understands your home's security, integrity and value can be a concern while you are away. We offer confidentiality, trust and an experienced, local supervisor of your home and property. Because each home is unique, it is paramount to listen and fully consider your individual needs while you are away. Once we are able to visit your home for an evaluation, we will work with you to determine the best practical services to maintain, care for, and guard against challenges that can occur in your absence. Inspection Rates are determined by the square footage of the home, frequency and options of service, as well as location.  Rates will be customized to the homeowner's specifications and pricing can be provided after the initial evaluation. Most clients prefer to have their homes monitored on a weekly or on a bi-weekly basis.

While Home Watch was founded to do a specific service, Concierge Services are indeed available.  We will perform customer specific requests, whether it be sharing our local knowledge of the best restaurant you are looking for, finding that eclectic shop that may be a "well kept secret"; or using a local connection to get you what you are looking for.  Ultimately our value is in two distinct areas:  Providing the highest level of care and feedback while you are away and making you available to our local contacts and friends while you and your guests are visiting us.  Ask, if we can't do it we can set you up with someone who can.

Part of our focus is communicating precisely and immediately.  Reporting is done via e-mail and is completed and sent prior to leaving your property.  This way, you know what we saw (via digital photo attachments), what we did, and exactly when we were there.
